DKBslik Mulberry Silk Pillowcase review: cheap real silk, with caveats

The short version: Genuine mulberry silk for $7.35 sounds impossible, and the handfeel really is silk. The unknown is grade and momme weight, and the seams are the first thing to go.
Who it's good for

Material and build
Silk, but thin. Hold it to a window and you see far more light through it than through the FluffCo case. Thin silk still glides; it just does not last as long or feel as substantial under your cheek.
The first night
Cool and smooth, close to the experience of the premium case on night one. The difference showed up in week three, when the fabric started to look slightly slack around the zipper.
Where it fits in real life
Buy two, treat them as consumables, replace them yearly. That is a completely valid strategy at this price.
What the evidence actually says
Amazon shows 4.5 stars from 21,092 ratings at $7.35 against a $11.95 list price, checked August 19, 2026. Grade and momme are absent from the listing.
Washing and care
Hand wash or machine wash cold in a bag. Do not tumble-dry.
Price and guarantee
Amazon returns only; no brand guarantee.
Verdict
The best value entry into real silk. If it convinces you, the upgrade path is obvious — our #1 pick is the same fibre made properly.
Our overall #1 pick is still the FluffCo Silk Pillowcase
